Kids in the Kitchen: Contribute to Healthy Eating Fun
The best way to get your kids to eat healthier is to run for it healthy eating fun and get them involved with all aspects of victuals: planning, in the grocery store, and in the pantry.
Ø Important as kids need to execute eating the recommended 2 cups of fruit/day and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables. It is a very obscure recommendation for people to reach, signally kids.
